Colt Shop?
Just wondering where, in the Great State of Texas, is the gun shop to go to that has the best selection of used Colt 1911 pistols. I have a weeks vacation coming up and have a hankerin for a new/used Colt. Thinking about Government Models, Commanders and Combat Commanders, Series 70 or earlier, straight up box stock kinda pistols. Lemme know...

Collectors Firearms in Houston has a large selection of Colt's. They have a bench of customs and unmodified pistols to drool over. Not the cheapest on the block though. I think you can browse inventory online though. Good luck and show pics...

Appreciate the information, looks like a trip to Houston is in order. Anything in San Antonio or West Texas?
