Anyone here have a s&w wesson 1911 model 178011 .45 pro series? wondering how well it shoots and such.

I don't own the pro series, but I do own a stainless one. Groupings are tight and she's been reliable. I have now shot around 800 (?) through her without a hiccup. The only problem I have is cleaning her after the range. I hate when she gets dirty..

thats cool i have the 1911 9mm pro its pretty nice just looking for another .45

1911's deserve the .45 caliber. ;)

Have you thought of Springfield or even Kimber? Can't go wrong with either, but I will vouch for Kimber because I have one as well.
