I think most of the wings places make their money from Alcohol sales so should have a 51% sign.

Went to Bikinni's in Austin ( here on business) Monday night and they had a lawful 51% sign. The wings were good...not great but good. The view was good too

You're only seeing the Nighttime Activities. Myself, and Lots of other people hit them up for lunch or early afternoon food. I can tell you, that the lunchtime rush, in which the place is pretty packed, has _very little_ alcohol drinking involved, since most people are going back to work. I don't go there to drink, or have the bar-like atmosphere, so I go earlier before that all starts. Even When I HAVE gone at night with some friends, our food has always cost more than the beers on the bill.Bob in Big D wrote:I think most of the wings places make their money from Alcohol sales so should have a 51% sign.

This. Most wing places, while having the option to sell alcohol and might even have massive alcohol sales at night, will still have most of their profit come from the food itself. The only time bw3 gets extremely crowded for drinking is on a game night or on Tuesday night when they have their 45 cent wing special - and those don't happen every night.dicion wrote:You're only seeing the Nighttime Activities. BWW on Quebec St in Lake Worth (off north side of 820) has the generic sign on the front door that every BWW I've ever been in has but they do not have a 51% sign anywhere in the place. By the way, the wings there are just OK but the black and blue burger is quite tasty. The best wings for my money in Ft Worth are at the Wing Stop on Hulen.
