I would never assume anything is going to be excused, or waived, if I hand over my CHL and DL during a traffic stop...
I actually, to be brutally honest, would not want a warning...Write me the citation...
If you, or I get a warning it won't be because we have the CHL...
Its going to be for all the "yes sirs" and "no sirs" and "yep you got me, sorry I was not paying attention to my speed, thank you for bringing it to my attention..."
But even with that, I am not expecting anything but the ticket...That way my attitude is already in the right place, and everyone goes home from that stop...
