Any experience with TulAmmo (Russian)

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Russian ammo that wal-mart is selling now. I think its called TulAmmo. It seems to be pretty inexpensive but before I picked some up I was hoping that someone would have some info on it.

Here you go. The brand name is Tula. Steel cased.
