NICE! I think I have become a Colt fan. Your wheel gun is one of my favorites! A lovely site to behold the happy little family! Congratulations!

This reminds me...I'm trying to find a Colt CCO....preferably a gunsite CCO.

Nice collection. My only Colt right now is my series 70 Gold Cup. It's still the best of the stash.

I have a 99% condition 1985 model Colt Government .380 which I just had appraised a few days ago with a mind toward selling it. How about it Doc? You interested in growing your family?

Sorry, I've been preoccupied for a couple days and didn't see your post. Here you go:

And next to my 3" Kimber Ultra for a size comparison:

The 3" Kimber is already a pretty small pistol, but the Colt is downright dainty next to it. The Colt has one noticeable flaw on it, which is why it isn't 100%, and that is a tiny scratch in the finish just under the slide stop lever. It isn't actually a "1911 idiot mark." It was caused by the tiny captive spring that is underneath the lever. The original one broke, and the end of it escaped from under the lever and made that little scratch. I've replaced it with a new one since. Everything else on the gun is original. It comes with the original box (pictured), and two magazines. It's a "150th Anniversary Edition" gun.

Now that TAM has hijacked this thread, I can post pictures of the latest additions to my Colt Family - Detective Specials, both.
