You can legally own a hand gun at 18. You just can not buy it yourself from an FFL. Also, FYI, you can carry it in your vehicle, concealed, under the MPA.
You see? This is what I thought it was, but I wasn't sure, but seeing how she lives in my room and I already paid my mother for it, I guess it's mine now.

Does she have the knife and hard case too? If so and she does nto want them I will pay you a shiny penny or two for them.

Why do you have to wait for it? Just curious...
I'm only 19, I can't legally own it, or can I just not buy it? I'm always confused by that, so I just play it safe.
That would explain it. You can legally own it, but can't yet legally buy it yourself. My son owned two handguns, an AR15, a shotgun, and two bolt rifles by the time he was 19.

Funny thing is, he has used them very responsibly and has managed to avoid going postal at school with them. Can it be that guns aren't the problem?

Hard case yes. Knife, Unfortunately NO. The gun was given to me as a retirement gift when I retired from the Navy in 2004. I passed it on to her on her 18th Birthday.

RECIT wrote:Yeah I saw one of those labeled as the Cold War limited edition. I just put a deposit down on another limited edition CZ yesterday. A CZ 75 with factory OD green frame and black slide. It originally came with a Ken Onion folding pocket knife w/ the CZ logo on the blade. Mine did not come with the knife, but I am on the search for one! You are going to get an awesome pistol when the time comes. I have a weakness for green guns though...
Got the green one AND the knife!
