You can legally own a hand gun at 18. You just can not buy it yourself from an FFL. Also, FYI, you can carry it in your vehicle, concealed, under the MPA.

That would explain it. You can legally own it, but can't yet legally buy it yourself. Hard case yes. Knife, Unfortunately NO. The gun was given to me as a retirement gift when I retired from the Navy in 2004. I passed it on to her on her 18th Birthday.

A CZ 75 with factory OD green frame and black slide. It originally came with a Ken Onion folding pocket knife w/ the CZ logo on the blade. Mine did not come with the knife, but I am on the search for one! You are going to get an awesome pistol when the time comes. I have a weakness for green guns though...
