M&P 45c 8rd mag source

Post by olafpfj »

Leave it to me to have offbeat tastes. I LOVE my M&P 45c but, as seems to always be the case with my tastes, I can't find any magazines or decent OWB holsters..... :grumble

I'm looking for the 8rd mags W/OUT the finger extension. My hand fits just fine without it and I don't see the point in the extra plastic poking my shirt and printing if I don't need it.

I'm also looking at getting some full size mags with sleeves so I can turn it into a 4" full size for night stand duty and competition.

Any ideas?

44mag.com has them in stock in several flavors. I have ordered stuff from them before, they are a good company to do business with. :txflag:

GT Distributors carries the whole S&W M&P line and Karl, who I understand is now at the Dallas store, is a S&W armorer and big proponent of the M&P lineup.

Check with them.

Also, if you just want a different floor plate, try contacting S&W directly. They sent me a finger extension floor plate for a 9c mag that came with flush floor plate. No charge. Had it in a week.

As far as an OWB holster goes, try this one from Comp-Tac:

A friend of mine has one and it looks real comfortable, and the retention was pretty good.
