Hospital is....?

Post by Stupid »

Is my family doctor's office also off-limit? He actually is renting a place in a stripe mall, not actul "hospital" where there's a whole building dedicated for doctors and nurses.

Title 10 Chpt. 46 § 46.03
*On the premises of a Hospital licensed under the Health and Safety Code
*On the premises of a nursing home licensed under the Health and Safety Code

They must post the 30.06 sign at doctors office and hospital to keep CHL's out.

+1 to the above.

The "ghostbuster" sign, like my previous doctor's office posted, doesn't count.

Yep. From TPC §46.035:

(i) Subsections (b)(4) [hosptals], (b)(5), (b)(6), and (c) do not apply if the actor was not given effective notice under Section 30.06.

No sign - no prohibition.

Chas.
