Louisiana state IDPA match

Does anyone know if the date for the Louisiana state IDPA match has been announced? I looked on the IDPA website but it's not there.

From what I understand they are not planning on having it this year.

I talked to Jerry Miculek at the SHOT show last week and I asked him why it was cancelled. He had no idea. Said he wasn't involved in it. He said "ask Brandon".
So, if anyone knows Brandon, he's the man with the answer.

Just my luck! I didn't go last year because of work so I thought I'd get the gang together this year for a raid into Shreveport.

I asked Kyle and LA State is NOT happening this year.
