This story cracks me up

They observe the bomber and when the moment arrives to achieve maximum destruction, they send a text message to the suicide bomber's cell phone, which detonates the bomb. Unfortunately for this woman, her cell phone company sent her a happy new years text message and, well, the project ended with a solitary victim.

I see a counter terrorism strategy in the offing - a web page listing cell phone numbers so you can text your favorite bomber. Lord only knows how many terrorists the spammers could take out.
