I was out at Bush Intercontinental on Friday, and noticed that the doors I walked through into Terminal C had a 30.06 sign in letters about the size of number 10 type, i.e., little bitty. I pointed the sign out to my wife, and laughed.

As much as I detest the use of the 30.06 statute...And its posting (proper or improper)

Most of the time I figure the intent is there, so parsing words and calipering the size of the lettering is moot...

But then again, I am just a "moot" kinda guy...

But if I were king for a day, if someone wanted to ban "guns" from their property, they got to get it in the law...By stating the obvious...

- Astroworld

- Texas Rangers ballgames

- Houston Texans ballgames

- Judge Buford T. Justice's courtroom...

etc etc etc...

That way you know before you go...No ambiguities...No signs...

But again, thats just me...
