Liquor store posted.........
......with a 51% sign, isn't that just for places that get more than 51% of their income from liquor by the drink, like bars. I have been stopping by this store for several years to buy beer, to take home, and the other day they had a new sign, I started to ask about it, but decided not to draw attention to my self. What's your idea, should I contact TABC or just let it go.

Re: Liquor store posted.........
51% only applies to places that sell for ON-Premise consumption. You can ignore it at place that does not sell for on-premise consumption.progun47 wrote:......with a 51% sign, isn't that just for places that get more than 51% of their income from liquor by the drink, like bars. Its really up to you if you want to notify TABC. They will make them remove the sign.

I emailed the TABC and told them about the sign, I haven't heard anything back from them yet.
