Tom Gresham's Guntalk radio show and the Crimson Trace Laser company
out of Wilsonville, Oregon are running a contest (it's actually a sweepstakes)
from February 4, 2011 until March 4, 2011.

The above link is the signup form. You must be 21 or older. You only need
to fill out the above form once to stay entered for the duration of the sweeps.

Everyone who fills out the form will get the Tom Gresham Guntalk Newsletter
email (unsubscribe later if you wish) and everyone will get a DVD entitled
"The Art of Survival." IIRC, the DVD covers the use of a laser on your weapon.
Don't quote me.

10 lucky winners a week will get a nice black baseball hat with the Crimson Trace
logo on in red.

The grand prize winner will get airfare to CT's factory in Oregon, a night in a hotel,
can build his/her own laser at the factory, and then go to the range to practice
with their new laser on their own handgun.

Pretty sweet.

FYI - A CONTEST requires skill to enter, such as writing a jingle, a poem, a short
story; taking a photograph; or creating a recipe. Contests are hardly ever used
by companies because the number of people entering will be so small.

A SWEEPSTAKES on the other hand, requires no skill at doing anything more than
filling out your name, address, and phone number on either an online form, or on
a 3 x 5 card. Most any company that wants to bring attention to themselves by
giving things away uses the SWEEPSTAKES style since it ups the number of people
who will enter.

So technically Guntalk is running a sweepstakes, but they are calling it a contest.
I emailed them this information too.

Everyone should sign up for this so you can get the free DVD they are sending to
all entrants.

Good luck on the other prizes too.
