Congrats on the gettin the youngster into shooting!
All jokes aside I came very close to getting shot in the eye with a BB gun. My brother had a accidental discharge(or so he claims) and it caught me on the top right eyelid where the eyelash roots are. I had a black eye and my brother had a red bum.
Santa Clause brought a Red Ryder to my little sister last Christmas. After making sure it was zeroed and showing her how to shoot she was off to the races giving clay pigeons and aluminum cans trouble. After shooting it a few times and remembering how much fun those little BB guns are I had to purchase one for myself.
