Hey Russell, I carry a keydefender. Very discrete and always with my keys.Russell wrote:Ah didn't even know those existed! I'll have to go check 'em out tomorrow.
Of course, I keep a big ole can of Fox in the car, since my keys are usually in the ignition when I am driving.

I carry Fox too. I havent tried it either but every story I have heard of it being used makes me believe that its among the best out there. I get it online for around 15-20 for a 2oz can and thats a perfect pocket size for me.
I carry the foam to reduce blowback and if I ever need it indoors it isnt going to make the whole place need to evacuate when Im done. =)

You will have your FoxLab quickly! Stuff is worth every cent. I have been a real believer in it over the last week in Vegas. I can't carry my gun here
Thank God we will be in Arizona sometime early tomorrow morning.

If your gun gets a little uncomfortable while your in the car. go ahead, remove it from the holster and set it on the dash... If only for a few minutes. Yeah I know you don't normally think much of open carry, but you gotta admit its kinda nice to be able to do that.jbirds1210 wrote:www.comp-tac.com

As for the pepper spray issue...
I guess I'm not totally onboard with it...I have thought about it over the years, but its just something I'm not seeing a personal advantage for me to include into my repe...my repert...uhhh, all the crap I carry now...
But I am a flexible person when it comes to stuff anyway...

(14) "Chemical dispensing device" means a device,
other than a small chemical dispenser sold commercially for
personal protection, that is designed, made, or adapted for the
purpose of dispensing a substance capable of causing an adverse
psychological or physiological effect on a human being.
No size limit there. I just wouldn't load a fire-truck up with it and dispense it with the hose.
EDIT: Did y'all know that "fire truck" with no space is not accepted by the forum software? It turns the whole word into an underline like this(this is fire truck with no space->): firetruck

Should point out that there is no clear limit. As "small" is undefined. TXI has previously stated that the DPD does not believe riot units are legal. The keychain units are clearly legal. 2oz or 4oz units should be fine.kauboy wrote:PC46 WEAPONS

I'm sure there could also be a debate in court if "pepper spray" is actually a chemical or not. CS and CN are clearly chemicals.
