Walther America Customer Service

Post by Skaven »

Just got off the phone with Walther. Seems my PPS recoil spring has been gaining a v shaped bend in it. I have heard that this is normal from some, and abnormal from others. Figured I would give them a call and find out. My wait time was approximately 30-50 seconds. I talked to a guy who was very polite, I explained my problem to him, and he said let me go see if I have a PPS to compare it too. 2 min later, he said ok cool... What is your address sir? I told him. He says to me OK I have one in the mail to you. I was like what?! Do you need the serial number to my gun, or any information? He says to me nope your good to go thanks for being a customer of Walther.

Total time on the phone was less than 5 min.

Very cool!
Very satisfied.

Wonderful news. My faith in company's customer service is vastly improving. It sounds like they are getting the message and listening to the voice of the customer.
