Anyone heard anything about these scopes? VisionNet....

Saw these at the Big Town gun show on the 3rd, looked like they were of good quality. The light transmission was clear, images were crisp, and the reticle was of fine detail. They use Nikon lenses, so my worries are not necessarily of the optic quality.

Anyone have any experience with them? I am thinking of changing out my Leupold scope for one of these, as I do not shoot enough to justify a $700 scope. For $269, this scope looks like a decent deal. Plus, the extra dough I make will help fund an AR early this spring....

Any comments or experience are greatly appreciated!

Here is the scope I am looking at specifically:

Well, I called the gentleman up this afternoon while I was in his area and picked one up. I'll get pics online over the next couple days, and hope to shoot with it in a week or so, I will report back with my first impressions.

Hey, Travis! I like this one http://www.visionnetweb.com/products/ni ... tstorm.htm

Since I can afford an AR15 for X'mas , maybe that will do!!! But then again if I save the money I only need $500.00 more and I can get what I want!! Sorry, if I hijack your thread a little bit.. Merry X'mas to you and the girls!

Rey, good to see you made it back!

I saw that one online, nifty toy.

When you get your AR, you the Marshal and I are going to have to head the range and play with them.
