Of course we all know that Chicago prohibits the ownership of handguns so that incidents like these won't happen. Unfortunately I don't think they will ever learn.

This incident could not possibly have happened in Chicago! THEY BAN GUNS!

Seriously though, I work in a high rise. This is my biggest fear working in one: escape routes are severely limited should something like this happen.
