Keep the calls and faxes coming. It would be good to send some extra ones to Sen. Gallegos. (512) 463-0106

Thanks...the footsoldiers need some encouragement at this point, the media is all some of us hear and they are eager to bury it and proclaim it's death even if it isn't the case.

My $0.02 is on it's way to Senator Gallegos' office.

I know you said he's a lost cause, but as he is my Senator, I could not resist giving Senator Ogden another piece of my mind. I kept it civil, but let him know that I do not agree with his line of thinking at all.

aggiedev, I did the same this morning.

On a more tactical note, if I'm sending my two free faxzero faxes (which is the only fax I have access to this morning), one is going to Sen. Gallegos. Who should the other go to? Hinojosa?

called, e-mailed and faxed today too

I faxed Gallegos and Ogden

Yesterday I faxed Lucio and Ellis ... worth every penny I spent faxing (free) though ;-)

Given limited faxes ...
Fax anyone who is NOT an author probably
Author: Wentworth | Birdwell | Carona | Deuell | Eltife | Estes | Fraser | Harris | Hegar | Jackson | Nelson | Patrick | Seliger | Williams
(I keep forgetting and calling Jackson-My Senator and they keep reminding me he's an author and supports it .... Patricks office too )
Senators Contact info http://www.txdirectory.com/online/txsenate/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Faxzero.com

Also
Got my Sister-in law from the Valley to call the southern Senators
She just said "PLEASE support SB 354"

Gallegos female staffer on the phone said "UNFORTUNATELY he released a statement saying he opposes the bill" (like even she disagrees with him) ... so my niece sent an extra e-mail/fax too.
