Guys,
In February my GunVault Mini Deluxe stopped working almost exactly 1 month out of its 1 year warranty. I called them to see what my options were and they told me they would send me a new one free of charge with a shipping label to return the defective one; but it would take at least a month because they were back ordered.
Last night I got home around 10 and there were 2 boxes in my living room from GunVault. My wife asked me why there were 2 and I told here that one was a return shipping box. She then told me that they were both very heavy. It turns out that those boneheads shipped me 2 new GunVaults with 2 shipping return labels. At least I won't have to hassle with them over postage to send them BOTH back.
Buy a GunVault!! Even if it's out of warranty they'll send you 2 new ones!

I have good customer service from GunVault also. I ordered my GunVault on-line on a Saturday. About two hours after I placed my order, I changed my mind and sent two emails to cancel the order. The following Wednesday, I had a UPS package on my doorstep. How's that for great customer service!
