Simunition type training in Houston

Post by Stupid »

Is there a place in Houston or close to where we can play the simunition type training? Like a few of us can go into a warehouse or some sort and shoot targets that pop up etc.? Not really force-on-force but more realistic than shooting paper target at range.

I don't know of anything quite like that, but you can shoot IDPA at PSC and several other places around the area.

I thought there was some "fire house". I thought I saw it somewhere but couldn't remember.

I've taken Hoffner and MAST's Force-on-Force classes. Suarez does one every now and then too. They use airsoft, not Simunition... but that's okay because you get to shoot more with airsoft :)

Southnarc also visits the Houston area once or twice a year. He uses Simunitions in Force-on-Force. You can find all these trainers in the "Advanced Training" forum on this website

My general rule on Force-on-Force classes is "just do it". You won't regret it. :patriot:

CJ Kirk is a great guy to deal with. Wish I have the time and the $$ to participate.
