I don't know what the best place is, but Amazon often has them for significantly less than the suggested retail price. I just ordered a pair for an XD .45 that will end up costing about $210 with the rebate (CT lists them for $299 and they were $254 plus $6 shipping - $50 rebate).

I've bought four sets from them since the rebate period began.
