I've seen that sign at other Toys R Us stores as well...and carry past it.

Only if they're smoking, eating, have a pet, or are taking photo's.

Sign means you are guilty of criminal trespass if you walk in with food, take a picture, solicit, smoke, or carry a gun without a CHL. You can be charged even if you aren't asked to leave. The "circle/slash/man walking with a handbill" is the internationally recognized sign for no-soliciting. Beware violating 30.05.
