New baby!~

Post by dallas_drummer »

Today I did something very bad...haha. I went to the gun store over lunch and saw something that had me salivating for the rest of the day. So much that I went back after work and brought home a used Springfield XD 9mm sub-compact. Got the gun out the door for $400.00 cash. It's in amazing condition and I'll have pics up soon. I've had my eye on this gun for awhile now so it's awesome to finally have one. Bad Chris..haha.

I've only owned glocks up until now and I love my glock 19 that I've carried since getting my CHL. It will, however, be nice to have a smaller gun to carry when I need to.

Going to the range tomorrow!

Sounds like fun, Its good that you got what you wanted...My Dad held off on a S&W AR 15 at a gun show that some young guy was selling....a few minutes later we found him selling to to a dealer for only 850usd! He stops and sadly reflects on that several times a day now...My vote is that if it's a good deal go ahead and get it, if you don't you might be sorry.

I love the Springfield XD. Good price, as long as its in good condition.

The NRA & TSRA are a bargain; they're much cheaper than the cold, dead hands experience.

that's pretty funny. The kids in Texarkana love us! We havn't been out there in some time but I'm sure a tour stop thru there is due in the near future.

Maybe we could shoot when I come out there to play.

I'll have to ask my daughter if she's heard your band. You've played at Darkslide, right?

Maybe we could shoot when I come out there to play.
You bet. Give me a PM when your schedule brings you this way, and we'll go out to Texarkana Gun Club.

Hey, DD,

We'll be in the area toward the end of January- maybe we can hook up and go shootin' some. Know any good places around there?

Let me know, dude!
