Homeowner defends himself, no charges anticipated

Post by JLaw »

Link below to story of a homeowner who defended his home against possible burglary in early morning hours, NO CHARGES ANTICIPATED AGAINST HOMEOWNER!!!

Real sad all these kids are 18 or younger, but they made a choice.

Slugs?
I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.

"The homeowner found tires on two of his vehicles that had been punctured."

Sounds like the BGs had a grudge against the victim

I dont' know, ages were listed as all teens. Teens are stupid. They may have thought that puncturing some random persons tires sounded like a heck of a good laugh.

Course, if I had been 16 and out at 3:20 in the morning, a gunshot wound to my leg would have been the least of my worries....mom and dad would be more of a threat!

Maybe that's why I've managed to avoid the "play stupid games, win stupid prizes" pool so far. Thanks mom and dad! :txflag:

i have enough experience with skeet and trap, as well as recreation shotgunning that im comfortable keeping rifled SD slugs in it for home defense.

No slugs here but I doubt it would have been pretty with my .00 buck 3 inch magnums either :tiphat:
Thinking about getting some slugs though.
