Ruger LCP issue

Ok, I have taken it to the range on several occasions now and each time I am having issues.

Basically, I am having a "stovepipe", typically (but not always) after the final shot in the magazine.
note: I have tried the factory 6 round mag, ProMag 6 round mag, and ProMag 10 round mag.
note: I have tried several types of ammo, (all brass) FMJ, JHP, and varying loads, NONE are my reloads, all factory ammo.
I would estimate I am having a stovepipe issue on 50% of magazines. The "stovepipe" is more horizontal than vertical, I guess I'd say the round jams at roughly a 30 degree angle.
I've cleaned it and ran it somewhat dry and somewhat wet with oil, no luck on any of my experiments so far...
total round count is still probably <200, am I in a weird break in period, or is there another remedy? Or should I plan on sending it in (I really don't want to do this, unless all other options are exhausted)
I am not limp-wristing or shooting in any weird stance, I shoot 3 other pistols each time and haven't noticed any issues. I believe I am having strictly a equipment malfunction.
Also, I have tried loading it as 6+1 and just using the 6 round mag alone. So I've done 10+1, 10, 6+1, and 6.

Any guess or recommendations?

Elsiepeaforum is a great resource.
This is not uncommon with the factory spring.
I just ordered a Wolfe spring kit and Guiderod.com Guide rod for mine.
I hope this helps mine go into battery better.

Have you looked at the ramp on the barrel to make sure their aren't any burrs? Also how many rds through the gun? I've had mine with the same serial series and haven't had one issue. The only thing I did was ramp and throat it.

I have had no issues with mine. I think a trip to the factory might be what your LCP needs.

I'm embarrassed to say I do not know what burrs are??? Nor Ramping and throating???
Round count is probably 150-200 total.

First, hold REAL tight,,, But, I had to send my LCP back 3 time, till they re-built an new one.. I would call them and send it in. .

I had to send my LCP back too. Check the recoil spring and make sure it's in right. That was my initial problem (thanks to the guy at Gander who took it apart and put it back together wrong) and it damaged the barrel. Three weeks at the factory and it came back with new parts and repaired barrel. Call Ruger, they are super nice and will fix it for you.

I thought that was a "feature" so upon inserting a new mag, you don't have to pull the slide as far, and it allows the chamber to cool off while doing so
