Mouseguns.com gone soon

Post by A-R »

Posting this as a public service announcement. I was looking - as I often do - at the wonderfully helpful "pocket auto comparison chart" at http://www.mouseguns.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; the other day and notice a sad message from the website's owner, who has been given some very difficult health news and decided to end the site.

I made a copy of his very helpful chart so I could look at it later if/when the site truly does down. You can download it from the site still as of this post: http://www.mouseguns.com/PocketAutoComparison.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

His site and especially that wonderful chart have been most helpful to me over the years comparing various lil' guns.

My condolences to the site's owner and prayers for him and his family.

Very sad. That chart helped me immensely when I was looking for a smaller 9mm. I ended up with the PF-9. I will be praying for him.

Dr. Marshall St. John is definately in line for prayer. His condition has been mis-diagnosed for several months, although the problems he has may not have even been controlable by a proper diagnosis when the symptoms first appeared.

I'm pulling for "Preacherman" to be healed.

I have offered to archive his site or host it for him at no cost, but that is for him to decide. I, like all of you, hope that the work of love that he has given us shall not be lost during his battle. May God be with him in his journey.

I will share a place where people with rare conditions find and support each other. If you have no need, do not go there. There hardest of hearts are broken there.

For those concerned, http://www.mouseguns.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; is not going away now. Ownership of the site was passed on to me by his family and we will do our best to run the site in a way that Mousegunner would appreciate.

It's a neat resource. I am glad it will continue to be available.

I am very sorry to hear of preacherman's passing. I liked visiting his website and I'm glad that it will continue in his memory. Great info on that website.
