Juvenile record

Post by Cool Arrow »

I was picked up when I was 15 or 16 yrs old by my local PD for truancy I guess, and was held until my mom came and got me. I kind of wanted to stay there. I went to the PD and they show no criminal record, and they gave me a certified letter stating so. Does this need to go on the application? I dont remember the charge date or age I was, this was back in 91 -93 I believe? If I do how should I fill out the arrest portion? Thanks!

I know I was as dumb as they came back then. New person today.

If they didn't fingerprint you, you don't need to put it on your application.

It will just cause a delay if you do.

Probably there is no record in existence of the incident except your and your mother's memory. Back then the police officer probably just wrote down the vitals on a pad of paper.
