Even if you're correct, I haven't seen where IQ has helped. I've known very good managers who weren't particularly brilliant but they were great leaders and effective managers. IIRC, that image of Perry is from an event in Fort Worth which required him to fire a blank. Trail drive or some such. The photo was taken during the shooting.
