I missed the speech, but since when does marching/putting on marching shoes fix an economy or create a job?
Is the advice to all join the army? Or does he mean for everyone to join a marching band and play music?
I must be missing how his suggestion fixes anything.

...don't "fix" my post...say what YOU wanna say...he's got the most empty heart of any president we've ever had...makes Slick Willie look like a paragon of virtue by comparison...there's plenty of depraved character for us each to touch on a part of it without messin' with each other's observations...I think with that speech he just nailed the coffin shut on his "reign"...it was insulting to his race, their history, and their intelligence...

Additionally, he has an empty head; out of ideas so grasping at something which sounds patriotic ... marches/marching, to evoke feelings (sounds better and less offensive than "eating peas" or "let them eat cake" [ truly heartless comments ] and are the same message... and accomplish nothing which fixes the problems he created.)
