Northern Firearms on Gunbroker

Post by wgoforth »

They are a regular large gun store that auctions on GunBroker and does phone orders as well. Seemingly having good prices. I called this past Thurs afternoon to see if they had a certain model I was looking for, and indeed they did. So I told him to wrap it up for me. He explained they had closed and to call back next day. Next day I called and told the fellow what I was looking for, he said he needed to see if they had it. He came back and said he did. AGAIN I said "Then wrap me up one please." He said there were customers in the store ahead of me and he would have to call me back. I gave him my number and waited.....and waited..... finally after 5 hours I call back and got a different fellow. I told him what I was wanting. He too told me that he would have to take my number and call me back. That was Fri, and this is Tues evening. I sent an e-mail to their address 8:00 AM this morn advising them of the problem they are having..... still haven't heard a word.

Anyone had any dealings with them?

I purchased a Sig from them in December, got a good price on it, didn't have too much problems. I had to call and leave a message the first time. They must be a busy dealer, but the customer should come first. When I went to pick it up at my FFL, he told me that he had ordered from them before. At the prices they have, I would keep trying. Especially no sales tax.
