About 20 years ago, I saw a sign in a San Antonio pawn shop that read:

"Any law enforcement officer that shoots and kills anyone burglarizing this establishment will be paid a $10,000.00 reward."

I don't know if they ever got robbed. I was down there for an appointment and didn't have time to stop in to chat but I imagine they didn't.
