My instructor tols me that if you application is approved after your birthday, then you really have 4 years, plus the amount of time before your next birthday. My birthday is April 1. If I submit on Friday when I get my certificate, it would be cutting it close as to whether it gets approved before or after my birthday. Should I wait, so that I get closer to 5 years instead of four?
Todd
When should I submit my application?

That sounds like a good plan - until Mr. Murphy possibly intervenes. Heck, he might even give you an April Fool's present.
