This also affects me as a GC holder... always thought it was a ridiculous rule, especially when applied to someone with a CHL.

Didn't they already do that? ATF sold guns to a Mexican cartel in Santa Fe, NM. Sold to Columbia I Miami, FL. And I think El Salvidore from Houston. Correct me where I'm wrong.
