Before I bought it I swung by nearby ranges to see if anyone had one I could rent just to make sure I liked it, and Bullet Trap was the only one. Paying that $18.99 range fee just about killed me. I shoot for $5 near home...geez!! I spent $50 to figure out I liked it and while I don't regret it, I think nineteen bucks for a range fee is highway robbery.
I took the one I bought to the range last night and it performed perfectly. Sights were right on, it ate everything I put through it, and didn't malfunction during its 200-round shoot. It's the only semi-auto I've bought that worked flawlessly out of the box. I want to put at least another 500 rounds down it before I trust it to carry, but I am excited about finally being able to carry at work.
I have very few gunny friends I can share my excitement with, so I thought I'd pop in and tell everyone here.
