Good gunsmith for fixing sights in Houston?

I agree with Longtooth and Thane - it is to the left.

to be PC, it's "progressive", albeit left. If it continues to be progressive left though, it will predictably be totally off target.

No question about it, it is positioned to the left.

My advice (FWIW), go ahead and drift it back to center to see if that cures the problem. If the sight seems to move easily, there is plenty of room on that particular sight to drill and tap a 6-32 set screw into the base.

I think you have your problem figured out.
