I'm sure FedEx has cameras.... cargo transport gateways are TSA regulated these days... I'd be surprised if camera's were not required.

This was a FedEx Office store - not an actual FedEx hub. This is what used to be Kinko's Copies. They were bought out. Still make copies, but also take drop-offs for FedEx.

I believe (not certain) that package drop off locations are TSA regulated. This may apply to locations linked to services that use commercial aircraft for their shipment.... I've been out of the loop for some time... so.. not sure... but.. You can/cannot drop some types of small packages in drop-boxes any more. At UPS stores, you need to show government ID to ship some types of packages, etc. It would be a big surprise if FedEx/Kinko's was not "required" to have cameras.

OK. If this had happened at 3 a.m. in a bar, it wouldn't even be news. But at 8 a.m. in a FedEx store? That's weird.

This is a description of the suspect from one news story:

The suspect, who was said to be wearing a black sweater, black jeans and a black skull cap, fled the scene in a yellow van.

I've gotten into some discussions about racial identification, but how can someone describe the suspect's clothing and not skin color, facial hair, tattoos, and similar characteristics?

Obviously they don't have video. Either the store was not equipped or the cameras did not cover the place where the incident occurred.

Then we have this:

Officers on the scene say two customers engaged in argument which escalated into a fight.
One person pulled a crowbar and the other one pulled a gun, [a police spokesman] confirmed with FOX 26 News.

Who takes a crowbar into a FedEx store?

This could well be legitimate self defense by someone who was not carrying legally.

Ya don't know. The guy with the handgun might have flinched, or the other guy might have struck his hand or dodged.

Plenty of people have been killed by bullets in calibers that don't start with 4 (and I don't mean 10 mm).

The unspoken lesson here is that no one got seriously hurt. The incident may have been messy and poorly managed, but everyone involved will go to bed at home tonight.

I dunno. I haven't received a delivery from DHL for years, but the googles say that the drivers wear a brightly colored uniform.

Anyway, IMHO, this is a much-ado-about-nothing story. It was a confrontation between people who had opportunities to back off. Who knows why it went as far as it did (other than the participants)?
