I only speak English, but it sure sounds like Sheila Jackson Lee is saying Obama will have a tough time getting reelected if only living, breathing U.S. citizens are allowed to vote this year. Maybe that's one reason she opposes laws to prevent voter fraud. Another could be fighting to keep her own job by hook or by crook.

She is so full of it. My FIL was born on his grandparents' farm. The closest doctor came by the house a few days later to check him out. Other than that he didn't see the inside of a hospital until he was in the Navy. He was easily able to get ID.
