Obama pulls Combat Pay for US troops (in combat areas)

All of those various "Allowances" had tons of qualifiers. It is hard to remember the specifics without pulling out the manual and looking at it. Some you could get away with by having connections and hooking up for a day or two in a qualifying situation and in others you had to do more to rate it.
I certainly can't remember the details of all of them.
