They're nice. It's a good price IMHO. But i'm a poor college student and I already have a pair of Oakleys. GLWS though.

Do you have all three sets of lenses for this pair?
I was just looking at those the other day and almost bought them.
I like the interchangable lenses on these!

Guns are like parachutes, if your ever in a situation that you need one and you dont have one, you'll probably never need one again.

Re: WTS: Oakley Radar Shooting Glasses
I just have the persimmon lens.
I bought them planning on going to contacts.
Went for an eye appointment and found out I can't wear contacts.
I like the way these wrap around the face.
There are about 10 lens colors available and the plan was to buy a few of them.
Willing to listen to offers. I'm already advertising at a loss.
Thanks for asking.

Re: WTS: Oakley Radar Shooting Glasses
These are fantastic sunglasses and shooting glasses- I reccomend them to anyone.
Since leavning the military and shooting 2-3x a week, I have started phasing out my oakleys. Nothing personal, but I dont need dedicated shooting glasses anymore. They are slowly being replaced by Revo sunglasses... I got a pair of Revo Calibrates the other day.... little pricey at $270, but they have the clearest lenses I have ever used. I got them in bronze, so contrast and everything else is unbelievable.

Re: WTS: Oakley Radar Shooting Glasses
Check eBay - Radars with one set of lenses are selling below $100 unless they're brand new unopened from an online retailer.
I've purchased a few pair of Flak Jackets on eBay for less than half retail price.
Also be aware that LEO and military can get the same Oakleys brand new for half retail via http://www.usstandardissue.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Checking e-bay it looks like i have them well priced for the average buyer.
I'll go a little lower based on offers received.
I'm going to have to invest in perscription shooting glasses and this sale goes towards that purchase.
Thanks

Check with your eye doctor, or more precisely your eyewear technician, to determine if you can simply have prescription lenses made to fit these frames. Most Oakley lenses are "RX-able" depending on prescription requirements.Rugerboy50 wrote:I'm going to have to invest in perscription shooting glasses and this sale goes towards that purchase.
Then you could dump the non-RX persimmon lenses on eBay and probably get $40 or so for them (I think they retail new for about $60).
EDITED TO ADD: I have not done business with them personally, but I've heard good reviews of this place and I think it's located here in Austin

Because it's one continuous lens they cut perscription inserts into them.
a) It's very expensive
b) It doesn't allow for a complete focal field of view for the lens
My main intended purpose for the lens is skeet shooting and i need the pherprial vison.
Good point to bring up.
Thanks
