Guys, my second link specifically had Dale Hunicutt. I linked because it is the courteous thing to do if you are taking information from another discussion group. I begin to wonder if I am the only one who actually reads all the posts of a thread or if people have just become so un-industrious that they now want everything given to them on the proverbial silver spoon.

Ergo my post about the silver spoon. Unless they are starving, it doesn't hurt anyone to have to work for their meal, which is just another way of saying Google works for everyone; It is your friend. Reading is good; it is a key to learning.
