I think I'd rather go with an ankle holster down inside the boot and let the boot keep the gun from printing on the slacks/jeans or poking out from underneath.
I know, nothing against printing, but still ...

...that's what worked for me...I wouldn' wear a regular ankle holster...couldn't keep my jeans down over it...too active all day...
