Give me your thoughts on adding a EAA Witness to arsenal

Let's clarify something here - EAA doesn't make the pistols, they're the US distributor of various brands - I think Baikal are in their line-up as well. The Italian Tanfoglio company (aka FT, "Fratelli Tanfoglio" or Tanfolgio Brothers) make the Witness series of pistols. I've owned one of them, a CZ75 clone with which I was extremely pleased and carried it on-duty in the latter part of my armed-response career and the first half of my executive-protection work.

Once here in the US, however, I was less than impressed with EAA's customer-service - they seem to be legendary for their rudeness. The CZ-clone pistols themselves, however, are fine guns; FT should choose a decent distributor, IMO

You are absolutely correct about that, and I meant to include that bit of info in my previous response.
