the answer to question 10 is incorrect as there are laws in place covering destuctive devices (law, stinger grenades, explosives automatic weapons) this nullifies their answer to question 10 and I got a 92 on the test
I missed #10 and #12, guess I should have figured that there was almost at least 1 gun per person!

Got all but #10 correct....I answered the way it should be answered.
Actually, the "quiz" had little to do with the actual amendment and more to do with the flawed interpretation handed down over time.
The 2nd amendment does not "give us the right" to keep and bear arms....that is a natural right we have just by being human.
The 2nd amendment is (was) intended to limit the Federal Government's intrusion on that natural right.
Sorry, all of us on this board understand that point, I just had to say it to make myself feel better.
<sigh>....just wish the courts would have the same understanding......
This is not legal advice.

This quiz was their interpretation of the 2nd Amendment. Question 10 my answer was different than theirs.
I have the right to own a machinegun (automatic weapon) or a LAW or a grenade launcher, this type without regulation. The personal personnel issue type.
A 50cal rifle, yes and without regulation.
A 50cal machine gun, yes but with regulation as this is crew served type weapon, more of a community type.
Does a person have the right to own any Arms they want? Personal or individual person arms, yes. Crew served, with regulation. Nuclear weapons, no.
What did question 12 have to do with knowing the 2nd Amendment?
