Short barrel rifle. Small print on the bottom of page. It is a good idea but to much paper work.

When the NRA convention was in Houston in 2005, the Beretta reps told me the carbine kit would be available in a matter of months.

I filled out the notification form on Beretta's site and renewed it countless times as it expired.

When I finally saw the price, I decided I didn't want it that bad.

Seen it at several gun shows so probably is legal.
