142 House Democrats voted to support a bill requiring Eric Holder to comply with a subpoena he has been ignoring since last September.

Congress is playing checkers.
The Obama administration is playing chess.

This was a small victory, but I'm not holding my breath for Holders compliance.

South Carolina Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy has said that he thinks President Barack Obama may end up firing Attorney General Eric Holder before the 2012 election.
