I think the better question is what moron would not give up the cash if someone pointed on of those things at them. They might notice it was empty....
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes... (Jefferson quoting Beccaria)
... tyrants accomplish their purposes ...by disarming the people, and making it an offense to keep arms. - Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story, 1840

If you had EVER spent more than a week in East LA, you wouldn't say such things. The Cheech and Chong movies were viewed as comedies across the nation, but in ELA, they were a documentary.TLE2 wrote:I think the better question is what moron would not give up the cash if someone pointed on of those things at them. Another forum, someone posted the CA law. Even the empty tube is a felony by state law in CA.

Wow. California is such a bastion of forward thinking, brilliant thought. An empty tube is a state felony?Bullwhip wrote:Another forum, someone posted the CA law. Even the empty tube is a felony by state law in CA.

THIS is California we are talking about...for your reading pleasure, I am posting the link to the chart someone developed to help Californians figure out whether their rifle is legal, in reference to their state AWB. Its indicative, I think that it even exists. Enjoy.74novaman wrote:Wow. California is such a bastion of forward thinking, brilliant thought. Unless it is posted on this forum, it can not be considered to be true.74novaman wrote:Wow. California is such a bastion of forward thinking, brilliant thought.
