Re: Gun At Doctor's Office
I've taken off my shirt twice in the last couple of weeks at a dermatologist office, with a Walther in a IWB holster.

Second time, for a couple of biopsies, she did ask me to 'remove my gear' before she started cutting on me.

I'll quit carrying a gun when they make murder and armed robbery illegal

My doctor office, which is a very nice facility, has posted every entrance prominently with 30.06 signs.....I won't be changing physicians because of this, but I do find it disconcerting......

Is it because it is part of a hospital? I have had specialists that were working out of medical centers that were connected to a hospital and this created a "hospital 30.06" situation.lonewolf wrote:My doctor office, which is a very nice facility, has posted every entrance prominently with 30.06 signs.....I won't be changing physicians because of this, but I do find it disconcerting......

You beat me to it. I always chuckle when I see hear prostrate exam since you really shouldn't be when you get checked. The Annoyed Man wrote:That's the one where you have to lie down and prostrate yourself while the doctor checks your prostate.03Lightningrocks wrote:I was not real sure how to respond...LOL.
