This is only in the law for when the child got the gun and shot someone. In a case like this, they could arrest immediately. Given the circumstances, I am glad they showed some compassion and did not arrest yet, but they are probably going to. I base that on the statement that they are waiting for an official cause of death ruling from the ME.

OK. I knew we had talked about it in the CHL class. I just couldn't remeber all the details. Thanks for the clarification.

Glad they have decided to get this moron off the streets. Only a few hundred thousand to go and life will once again be good in America. :tiphat:
